I wiped off a bit of gunk
  Floating gearbox mount.JPG - Wobbly little gearbox mount. I honestly didn't know this wasn't original when I first saw it. The flange or web had broken on the case. A PO drilled through the flanges which locate the rubber islotators and recreated the mounting point with this pin. I think it works as well as the original design, except the pin is meatier than the original web.
