  seat back center tacked working on pleats.jpg - Tacking the middle and ends of the top edge. First a line was drawn 2-1/2" down (Schach says 1-1/2" but Moss must have changed their kit.) and then tacking on the pleats in the center and the ends. Taking up the slack, additional tacks (staples) are put in until all the spacing is uniform, distributing the fabric evenly.
