One tire was rotated 180 on its wheel 02
  The front tires were spun on the car at 120 mph and is done by feel.jpg - The old fashioned balance on the car machine. It spins up to 120 mph and then is allowed to spin free on its own. The wing is held for sensing vibration. There wasn't any. Of course we still had to test drive.  
A jug of water will go into resonance if the balance is off
