  Rear springs primed.JPG - Pretty Garrish Primer. I figured if I did it by the redwood deck, no one would notice the overspray. On the other hand, when I put the finish coat on, the springs looked covered, but the camera flash revealed every flaw. The primer is oil based. I used latex satin black for the finish, to avoid interaction with the rubber pads between the springs.
