  Checking the hole clearence and angle.jpg - Well, I drilled them some more. I discovered that the tie brackets between the fascia support and the firewall timbers are too low at the fascia end and are causing the fascia bottom to be set in too far. The holes for the windshield were drilled to match the cowl and the bracket, and angle downward and won't allow the screws to be installed.
