New center bearing didn't have a groove

  Final rebuild.JPG - Final Rebuild. I have the correct center mainshaft bearing and a new spring washer (I smashed the old one when it was mispositioned between the main case and ther rear case).  
New center bearing installed
Rear case on
Safety wire for selector shaft
ready for top cover
finished ready for paint touch up and bell housing
