  gear shift lever pins removed.jpg - Finally got the nasty little pins to move. My secret? I took it to Quality Coaches and let Karl do it. Now I can chrome the gear selector lever. The small cotter in the rear of the remote shaft holds a spring and ball bearing against the small lower ball of the shaft lever as an anti-rattle device.
