  How the factory did it 0.jpg - This shows an 18V engine at the factory ready to go in. Note the butterfly mount is on the gearbox. After the engine is placed on the mounts, the rear crossmember will be levered on against the rear mount rubbers.

Ears to the rear and then install cross member and tilt into place and bolt
it didn't work with the OD to go with the rear hole 01
