  Turning the engine backwards.JPG - Turning the rear drum in reverse. To prime the system we finally removed the lower oil line banjo and injected oil directly using that great kitchen automobile restoration tool, the turkey baster. We injected the oil as the engine was turned in reverse. This was done by putting the gearbox in fourth, and since we didn't have wheels, blocking the rear studs on one side with a 2x6 jammed to the floor, and using another 2x6 to rotate the rear drum. It took several tries.
