  crankshaft pulley old and new showing 22 degree offset.JPG - Finally, new crankshaft pulley on left. Who would place the timing mark at 22.5 degrees clockwise from the keyway? I figured I had a poorly machined part, until I compared it to my original pulley with the divot in the flange. It matched! So I painted and installed the replacement.
